Steps to hard reset devices with English option:

1. Power off the device by long-pressing the power button or Click on the Power button and select the Power off option from the menu.
2. Press the Power button along with the Volume up and Volume down buttons.
3. Release the power button when the Lenovo logo appears on the device.
4. Keep Volume down and Volume up button pressed until Android Recovery menu launches.

5. In the Recovery mode, scroll to the Wipe data/Factory Reset option by using the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons.
6. For select, click on the Power button and select “Yes” in the next screen by using the Volume buttons and Power button.
7. Now click on “Reboot the system now”and the device gets hard rested.

Note: If you hard reset the device then it will ask you to enter a previously added google account so reset carefully.

Steps to hard reset Lenovo devices with Chinese options:

1. Long press the Power button and select the Power off option from the menu.
2. Press the Power button along with the Volume up and Volume down buttons.
3. Release the power button when the Lenovo logo appears on the device.
4. Keep Volume down and Volume up button pressed until Android Recovery menu launches.

2. 手動測試(Manual Test)
3. 單次測試(Single Test)
4. 測試報告(Test report)
5. 調試測試項(Debug Test item)
6. 清除 eMMC(Clear EMMC)
7. 版本信息(Version Information)
8. 重啟手機(Restart Phone)

6. Select “清除 eMMC(Clear EMMC)” option from the list.

7. Click on “Yes(是的)” in the next window.

7. Device will hard reset.
